FAQ's
If a prospect enrolls through multiple references, the first referrer who introduced the prospect will be eligible for 40% and the other referrer whose name the referee mentions in the application form will receive 60% of the referral benefit.
If the prospect is already in the system but enquires again using your referral link and becomes a customer, you are eligible for 50% of the standard referral benefit.
Every time your referred prospect fills an application form or converts into a customer, the Infotech Academy’s Refer and Earn Team will inform you.
Referral payments are processed 30 days after the referee’s course commences. Payments are made every Tuesday based on eligibility in the previous week.
If the referee drops out within the first month of the course, you will not be eligible for a referral payment.
