We track referrals at 2 points. 1. When they submit an inquiry / seminar / lead form. 2. When they submit the application form.

At the time of admission we ask applicants for the name and number of the person who referred them and helped them make a decision. They also get a fee waiver by giving your reference. The name they mention in the admission form to get the fee waiver is the person who gets the reward. 

But if no name is mentioned in the admission form then the full reward goes to the person who’s name is mentioned in the seminar, lead or enquiry form

We believe if you helped them make a decision you deserve the full reward. 

Every time your referred prospect fills an application form or converts into a customer, we will inform you.

Referral payments are processed 30 days after the referee’s course commences. Payments are made every Tuesday based on eligibility in the previous week.

If the referee drops out within the first month, you will not be eligible for a referral payment.

Everytime someone you refer joins of our programs you earn a certain number of miles in addition to cash payout.

As you reach a mile stone you can claim your reward at each milestone. There are 3 rewards for 3 milestones after which the process simply restarts.

Yes. You can enjoy each milestone. After claiming the 3rd milestone reward you simply restart.

If they don’t mention any names in any forms then absolutely. 

Once you sign up for the referral program, your dashboard will show you your unique referral link.

1. They don’t get a fee waiver. 
2. We will investigate and ask them question at the time of admissions and even if they verbally confirm your claim you will get the full reward. However the final decision in such cases is reserved with Infotech Academy’s refer and earn team.
