Infotech Academy is committed to ensuring transparency and fairness while recognizing and rewarding individuals who refer good candidates to our programs. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the referral program.

1. Referral Tracking

Infotech Academy tracks referrals at two key points:

• When a referred prospect submits an inquiry, seminar, or lead form.

• When a referred prospect submits an application form / confirms their admission.

During the admission process, applicants are required to provide the name and contact number of the person who referred them and helped them make a decision. Providing a reference grants the applicant a fee waiver.

• The referral reward is granted to the individual whose name is mentioned at the time of admission.

• If no name is mentioned in the admission form or at the time of admission, the full reward is granted to the name mentioned in the seminar, lead, or inquiry form.

• If a referred prospect does not mention the referrer’s name in the admission form, they will not receive a fee waiver.

• If a prospect, referred by you does not mention your name in any form or at the time of admission, the refer and earn team will investigate the matter and ask them questions at the time of admissions or even after the admission and even if they verbally confirms your claim you will get the full reward.

• The final decision in such cases rests with Infotech Academy’s Refer and Earn team.

2. Referral Status Notification

Referrers will be notified each time a referred prospect submits an application form or enrolls in a program.

3. Referral Payment Processing

• Referral payments are processed 30 days after the commencement of the referred student’s course.

• Payments are disbursed every Tuesday, based on eligibility in the previous week.

4. Eligibility for Referral Payment

• Referral rewards are only granted if the referred prospect successfully enrolls and remains in the program for 30 days.

• If a referred student withdraws within the first 30 days, the referrer will not receive a referral reward.

• If a referred student transfers into another program, the referral reward will be based on the final program they enroll in.

5. Travel Miles and Milestone Rewards

Infotech Academy provides travel miles in addition to cash payouts.

• Referrers earn miles each time a referred student enrolls in a program in addition to cash payouts.

• Rewards can be claimed upon reaching specific milestones.

• The referral program includes three milestones, after which the cycle restarts.

• Referrers are eligible for rewards at each milestone.

• Upon claiming the third milestone reward, the process resets, allowing continued participation and rewards.

6. Referral Link Tracking

• Upon registration for the referral program, referrers will receive access to their unique referral link via their dashboard.

• If a referred prospect uses a referrer’s unique referral link and fills out an inquiry / seminar / lead form and does not mention another name in any forms or at the time of admission, only then referrer is eligible for the reward based on the unique referral link.

7. Policy Amendments

Infotech Academy reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated as necessary to ensure transparency and fairness in the referral process.
